Finally, finished!
I based this off of one of Capcom's unused concepts for Birdie.
Birdie feels like he's really good in SF5 but I think nobody plays him because he's so gross looking. Maybe a slightly less gross costume will get people to try him out?
(Shoutouts to Dash no Chris on the SRK forums, who says the Japanese concept art title is Casual Outfit. I don't know Japanese well enough to tell him different so we're going with that).
Birdie is difficult to mod for a lot of reasons I won't bore you with- had to learn a bunch of new stuff to even get him to this point.
There's stuff I would fix if I could, but I got him to look passable using what I know how to do.
