Tireless Abigail (C2) (Street Fighter V Mod)

This mod makes Abigail's C2 less Michelin Man-ish.  There are 2 variants:

-Variant 1 removes the tires from his arms, legs, and chest.
-Variant 2 removes the tires from his arms and legs only.

I'll work on a C1 version of this as well, at which point I'll update this mod to version 2.
