Lisa as Street Fighter's Laura (Battle Costume).
Laura's hair is optional (must use the bald head too).
Jacket is toggable with the "Hairstyle" option.
I used Lisa's ninja costume as base, thus the obi shakes a lot like the original. I included a version with short obi in case you don't like it.
